the reception desk person was friendly.. parking was right outside the forecourt. the room proved lovely and clean, a very comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. i would book here again when seeing family.
the room requires maintenance. plaster was cracked and flaking on the ceiling. a refurbishment would certainly improve the experience

The staff was friendly. the emailed communication beforehand was lovely and easy. i appreciated the easy parking right in front of the hotel. SUCH a convenience. the stay perfectly fitted my needs, and i found it to be very good value.
a section of the vertical shades was absent, unfortunately allowing light to stream in early in the morning. it was a minor inconvenience, but i hope it's addressed soon.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient and secure parking. The room was suitable for my needs. It was clean and reasonably priced.
The shower had little water pressure. The roman blinds in my room had missing panels that did not block out light. This room was also close to a noisy road.
